Delivery Information

We aim to deliver your items to you as soon as we can, within the times specified below, but some deliveries are taking a little longer than usual at the moment. We aim to keep you updated every step of the way.

Standard Delivery - £5.95 UK Mainland: Up to 5 working days Orders will be delivered via DPD.

Small Furniture items - £15 UK Mainland: Up to 5 working days Orders will be delivered via DPD.

Heavy or Large Furniture items - £25 to £50 UK Mainland: Up to 14 working days We really take great care in delivering your furniture, we either use our own specialist delivery team or one of our delivery partners. Please ensure you provide your phone number on checkout as our delivery team will contact you prior to delivery to have chat about access, preferred delivery time etc.

Click & Collect - Free Collect for free from our Store : Up to 5 working days.

Returns (Online Store Only) 

We want you to pleased and happy with your order.  In the event that you are not entirely satisfied or have changed your mind with your purchase, that’s ok, you can return to us within 14 days of receipt in an unused condition and in original packaging.  In the unfortunate event that your purchase has arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24hours of delivery. For Faulty goods you have a right to a full refund up to 28 days after purchase. 

  • Products returned to us must be in a resalable condition. Unused, with original packaging and any swing tags, seals in place. 

  • With the exception of faulty goods Bonds is not responsible for the cost of returning product. Please obtain proof of posting and proof of receipt as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.   
  • It is recommended for your own protection they are sent insured to the full value.

  • Please allow 10 working days for us to receive your return and communicate receipt of goods. 

Bespoke Made to order furniture / Sofas  

All bespoke items have been made to order especially for you. After you place an order, you have 48hours in which to make alterations or cancel it free of charge. After this regrettably we cannot offer any refunds or returns. In the rare case your product is faulty we will offer to fully refund or replace it. 

We kindly ask you measure your space correctly and consider access before confirming the order. 

Missing Items 

Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of goods if there is an item missing from your order. 

Damaged or Faulty 

We really do pride ourselves in taking care when preparing your item for delivery.  Sometimes issue due occur. Should this be the case please call our customer services team immediately so that we can help resolve the issue. 

Vintage and Antique 

We sell a lovely range of unusual vintage and antique items all will have their own unique character with signs of age as they have been loved before.  Therefore, these products may be subject to small variations in colour and size from the images presented on the website, if you have any doubt, please do contact us prior to ordering.

Please allow up to 10 working days for monies being refunded to show up on your bank statement. You will be notified by email that your items have been received and that we are processing it.
