Edible Christmas Gingerbread Wreath

Suitable for all abilities this is a fun three-hour workshop that introduces students to various sugar craft techniques that will turn pre baked gingerbread pieces into an edible gingerbread wreath. Basic royal icing piping will be taught as well as hand-crafted sugar paste flowers and how to assemble the wreath and add the final glittery festive finish. After an initial demonstration on various techniques, you will design your wreath and immerse yourself in sugar creativity. Sally will be on hand to guide you every step of the way.

Students will take home a box of their finished wreath. All ingredients, tools and materials together with a board and box to transport your wreath home.

Delicious cake along with tea or coffee will served during the session.
